Virgin Mojito
The Virgin Mojito is an alcohol-free version of the Mojito: A refreshingly tasty rum cocktail with mint. The Mojito also was one of the favorite cocktails of literature nobel prize winner Ernest Hemingway, who preferred to drink it at the bar “La Bodeguita del Medio” in the Cuban town of Havanna, his home of choice. The following quote of his is still hanging above the bar there today “My Mojito in La Bodeguita, my Daiquiri in El Floridita”. Without alcohol, the cocktail is still as much a prize winner as the writer, who loved to drink it so much. With the refreshing mix of mint, lime juice and sugar cane, the Virgin Mojito gives you a clear head. Perfect for a hot summer day!
